Refund Policy

We want you to be comfortable with your CardioX order. This Refund Policy explains your right to change your mind and how returns and refunds work.

Your 14-day right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your parcel, without giving a reason, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU where it applies to you. To meet the deadline, simply let us know of your decision to cancel within that period.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, items should be returned unopened and in their original, resalable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplement jars may not be eligible for return except where the product is faulty or not as described.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at info@purifywrankle.shop with your name and order details. We will confirm the return address and next steps. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm your refund. Approved refunds are issued using your original payment method, or by an agreed alternative for pay-on-delivery orders, normally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
